- Heat to Piping Hot: Our Signature Lobster Bisque and Black Pepper Sauce should be completely thawed and reheated until piping hot.
- Storage and Handling: Keep chilled items refrigerated and frozen items in the freezer until you are ready to begin your preparation.
Product Notes:
Vacuum-packed to retain freshness. The colour of the meat darkens naturally in the pack and will brighten up after opening.
