Serving Guide:
2 – 3 pieces per serving.
Here is how we prepare our lamb chops:
- Bloom The Meat: As this item is frozen, please allow 24 hours to thaw in the refrigerator. To get the best flavour from meat, cook it at room temperature. Remove the meat from its packaging and leave it to bloom for at least 10 minutes before cooking.
- High Heat, Fast Sear: Lamb chops are best cooked quickly over high heat. Sear for 2 – 3 minutes per side to caramelise while keeping the center a perfect medium-pink.
- Herb Aromatics: Enhance the lamb’s natural flavour by adding rosemary and garlic into the pan during the last minute of cooking.
- Don’t Overcook: To maintain its buttery texture, we recommend serving it medium-rare to medium. Overcooking will cause the delicate meat to become firm.
- The Finishing Touch: Let the lamb chops rest for 3 minutes before serving. This ensures every bite remains succulent and full of juice.
Product Notes:
Vacuum-packed to retain freshness. The colour of the meat darkens naturally in the pack and will brighten up after opening.
