Serves: 4
Prep & Cook Time: Approx. 20 minutes
  • 1 pack (500g) Jack’s Gourmet N.Z. Grassfed Beef Meatballs
  • 350–400g spaghetti or your preferred pasta
  • 600g ready-made marinara pasta sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 40–50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  1. Cook the pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Prepare the meatballs

Cook the Jack’s Gourmet N.Z. Grassfed Beef Meatballs according to the packaging instructions until heated through.
  3. Prepare the marinara sauce

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the marinara sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the meatballs

Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  5. Toss with pasta

Add the drained pasta directly to the pan and toss until evenly coated with the marinara sauce.
  6. Serve

Divide among four plates, top with the meatballs and finish with grated Parmesan, fresh basil and black pepper.
