By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and the legal framework of the Republic of Singapore.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">1. Contract of Sale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n        In accordance with the <strong>Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 393)<\/strong>, a contract is only formed when Jack\u2019s Gourmet Store accepts your order and sends a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">2. Product Information &#038; &#8220;Catch-Weight&#8221;<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Weight Variations:<\/strong> For &#8220;catch-weight&#8221; items (e.g., steaks or whole seafood), weights listed are estimates. Final price is determined by actual weight at packing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Pricing Adjustment:<\/strong> A variance of \u00b110% is considered acceptable within trade usage. If actual weight results in a significant difference, we will adjust the final bill or provide store credit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Visuals:<\/strong> Product images are for illustrative purposes; natural variations in cut and color are expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">3. Food Safety &#038; &#8220;Lemon Law&#8221; Compliance<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Satisfactory Quality:<\/strong> Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, we warrant products are fit for consumption at the point of delivery.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Reporting Window:<\/strong> Any defects must be reported within <strong>4 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photographic evidence.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong> Due to perishability, the 6-month &#8220;Lemon Law&#8221; presumption does not apply. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">4. Delivery &#038; Surcharges<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Surcharges:<\/strong> A flat <strong>S$15<\/strong> surcharge applies to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, and Tuas (Postal codes starting with 09, 62, 63).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Failed Delivery:<\/strong> A re-delivery fee of <strong>S$30<\/strong> applies if delivery fails due to customer absence or incorrect address details.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Disposal Policy:<\/strong> Per SFA regulations, if re-delivery is impossible within the same day, perishable items will be discarded. The customer remains liable for the full cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">5. Cancellations &#038; Refunds<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Perishables:<\/strong> No &#8220;change of mind&#8221; refunds are permitted for fresh food once processed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> Requests must be made at least <strong>24 hours<\/strong> before the delivery slot.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Processing:<\/strong> Valid refunds for defective goods will be processed to the original payment method within 5\u20137 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">6. Allergens &#038; Ready Meals<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n        Our meals are prepared in facilities handling crustaceans, fish, nuts, dairy, and soy. While we follow SFA hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Jack\u2019s Gourmet Store is not liable for issues resulting from improper reheating or handling after delivery.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #006633; font-size: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 20px;\">7. Data Protection &#038; Governing Law<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n        We collect and process personal data in accordance with the <strong>Personal Data Protection Act 2012<\/strong>. Information is used strictly for order fulfillment and delivery.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\">\n        These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
