Grass-fed Tenderloin (180g)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Here is how we prepare our steaks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recommended Doneness:<\/strong> To truly enjoy the buttery texture of our signature cut, we recommend medium-rare. Since there is very little fat, overcooking will cause the meat to toughen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Sear:<\/strong> Use a very hot pan with a little butter. Sear all sides quickly to lock in the juices while keeping the centre soft and pink.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resting is Critical:<\/strong> Rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows the internal temperature to stabilise, ensuring the steak is juicy from the first cut to the last.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Product Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vacuum-packed to retain freshness.
