To get the best flavour from meat, cook it at room temperature. Remove the meat from its packaging and leave it to bloom for at least 10 minutes before cooking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High Heat, Fast Sear:<\/strong> Lamb chops are best cooked quickly over high heat. Sear for 2 \u2013 3 minutes per side to caramelise while keeping the center a perfect medium-pink.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Herb Aromatics:<\/strong> Enhance the lamb&#8217;s natural flavour by adding rosemary and garlic into the pan during the last minute of cooking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don&#8217;t Overcook:<\/strong>\u00a0To maintain its buttery texture, we recommend serving it medium-rare to medium. Overcooking will cause the delicate meat to become firm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Finishing Touch:<\/strong> Let the lamb chops rest for 3 minutes before serving. This ensures every bite remains succulent and full of juice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Product Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vacuum-packed to retain freshness.
