Here is how we prepare our steaks:
- A tender choice: We recommend medium-rare to keep it moist and tender.
- The “Feel” Test: 180g cooks faster. Give the steak a gentle poke once a while; it should have a bit of spring to it. If it feels very firm, it’s likely done!
- Trust the rest: We can’t say it enough — letting the steak sit for 3 to 5 minutes after cooking is the secret. It lets the fibres relax so the juices stay in the meat.
Product Notes:
Vacuum-packed to retain freshness. The colour of the meat darkens naturally in the pack and will brighten up after opening.
