Here is how we prepare our steaks:
- Recommended Doneness: To truly enjoy the buttery texture of our signature cut, we recommend medium-rare. Since there is very little fat, overcooking will cause the meat to toughen.
- The Sear: Use a very hot pan with a little butter. Sear all sides quickly to lock in the juices while keeping the centre soft and pink.
- Resting is Critical: Rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows the internal temperature to stabilise, ensuring the steak is juicy from the first cut to the last.
Product Notes:
Vacuum-packed to retain freshness. The colour of the meat darkens naturally in the pack and will brighten up after opening.
